Terms & Conditions of Supply

1. General Overview & Applicability

These Terms & Conditions apply to all quotations, proforma invoices, purchase orders, sales contracts, and dispatches executed by Devyog Steels Pvt. Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") for supply of iron, steel, stainless steel, galvanized, high carbon, and specialized wire products.

2. Quotations & Pricing

• All price quotations are subject to steel raw material market fluctuations unless backed by an active Advance Payment Order Confirmation.
• Prices quoted are Ex-Works Ghaziabad or FOR Destination as specifically stated in the formal Proforma Invoice (PI).
• Applicable GST (Goods & Services Tax) and statutory levies will be charged extra as per Government of India regulations at the time of invoicing.

3. Metallurgical Specifications & Tolerances

• Wires are drawn and manufactured in compliance with relevant standard specifications (IS 280, IS 4454, IS 278, ASTM A580, etc.) or client-approved engineering drawings.
• Standard dimensional diameter tolerance of ±0.02 mm to ±0.05 mm applies depending on the nominal gauge and drawing process unless tighter precision drawing tolerances are mutually agreed in writing.
• Standard grade specifications, material descriptions, and batch details correspond to client purchase orders and product classifications.

4. Packaging, Coil Weights & Delivery

• Standard packing includes polythene / HDPE / hessian-wrapped coils, cardboard cores, or wooden spools as specified.
• Catch-weight coil variance of ±5% is commercially standard across bulk industrial master coil deliveries.
• Delivery timelines indicated are approximate and calculated from the date of technical drawing confirmation and advance payment receipt.

5. Payment Terms & Title of Goods

Unless a formal credit facility has been sanctioned in writing by the Company's credit committee, orders are processed against 100% advance RTGS / NEFT or Irrevocable Letter of Credit (LC). Title to all supplied goods remains with the Company until full realization of payment.
